In that post I should have added "And what about those who choose to live in the Canadian province of Wisconsin?" OK, I guess if you're looking to never have to worry about hurricanes or tornadoes (too cold and dry), or earthquakes (except maybe in the south), it's a good place to call home. Is there a traffic light in your town yet?

BTW, speaking of hazards, who in their right mind would want to live in Charleston, SC? They rank at the top of hazard list for hurricanes and earthquakes, plus are prone to tornadoes. And Memphis (where I have first cousins) looks like another accident waiting to happen both because of flooding and earthquakes.
