The isms showed us that there has to be a balance between capital and labor in order to avoid both class and National Warfare. Enter Modified Capitalism in the US and Democratic Socialism in Europe.

We definitely agree that there has to be a balance. And a balance is beneficial for both sides. Cultivating dissent on the side of labor is not beneficial for anybody. And we have seen that.

How many times have we seen the unions/union workers come out and demonize the employer during contract negotiations? This when the contract that was negotiated before was considered fair when it was voted on and now it is an indication that the employer has unfair labor practices.....

And I will agree that the rise of those isms indicated that something was wrong, but I don't believe that they were cultivated to solve the problem. I believe that they were cultivated by power seekers who saw an opportunity to shift power in their direction.
