I don't recall ever calling your background into question. What I did question was the world you live in versus the world semi-skilled and unskilled workers had to survive in. You brought this up as an issue by suggesting that unions weren't necessary since employers would do the right thing to keep their workers "happy." And, to end the personal discussion, I don't think I had to "suffer" at all and I'm certainly not feeling guilt about success. That doesn't prevent me from seeing the suffering of others who never had the talents or the luck that I had and it doesn't mean that I can't see that for many American workers simply making a living is getting harder and harder as wages and job openings are shrinking every year.
