Why would you want such an occurance? -- there is always a logical uncertainty when dealing with infinity/infitesimal?

I'm a little confused with these time travel rules. The time travel forum has been inactive since 1999, so I have to ask this here.

Are you telling me that Dr Who cannot travel backward in time with his Tardis, and he is not real?

Please answer this in the future, since now I'm afraid to travel back to see the earlier answers. TIA
