I will read Koans links.. I believe Nadine has already posted in depth data on FDR boosting the depression into great status via his stimulus.. But WW II was not a stimulus.

I do not believe a positive model exists for Keynes.

It's big enough when it works. If it doesn't work, then obviously it wasn't big enough. WWIII, anybody?
