reality check on aisle nine ..

The teamsters have invited our group to the Labor day parade in Detroit.

Some of the dispensaries are unionized by the teamsters. Some of these union members just lost jobs. Closed down by the government.

TV2 Detroit had a case of skin cancer cure with cannabis on tonight. I'm hoping the story gets out.

His is the best documented case of about thirty I've been told about. This is taking place state wide. I have no idea how many cases there might be now. It could be hundreds.

I'm asking the legislature in Michigan to grant me permission to give away a cure for cancer, free of charge, to the entire state.

Meanwhile I'm setting up two small labs to test cannabis samples for the medical community. To help with things like making sure there is no poison in the material that a sick person is about to consume. But more than that, we're trying to screen the state to locate sources of rare cannabinoids. The kind that don't cause a high, but are extremely valuable medically.

The first one of those is CBD. It's difficult to tell if it is present by use. Lab testing is required to identify it in material. Those sources of CBD that can be identified need to be directed toward cancer and MS patients when possible. Toward that goal, the cannabis cancer project desires to establish two testing locations. Local medical marijuana growers would bring small samples for testing.

The new technology used to sniff for things at airports is the equipment for these locations. This testing equipment is very sensitive. After all, it's looking for C4 walking by. It'd better be sensitive. And fast. And the equipment is less expensive than other testing methods. About 50k each. Some minor remodeling at two locations

I expect that the roadmap of strains in Michigan will help when the medical folks start looking at the minor spikes on the graphs. A very long project.

Someone just mapped the cannabis genome .. cool. For which strain? What did the roadmap look like for that single sample? What kind of trace compounds did that genetic produce? Which gene gets ticked or twitched to produce which magic compounds?

It's not all genetics. Major variations in compound ratios are caused by environmental impact.
Another whole dimension.

A major project. Complicated by interference by the government.

It's madness to prevent medical research with the stuff.

Well use funds generated by providing testing to growers to fund the cannabis cancer project.

I believe we are keeping people alive today. More than a few.
