Brumar, Did they not use an existing facility in SC. The term "building" means modifying an existing facility - a very cost effective way to add production.

Was it a modification of an existing facility or a new structure at an existing site? I cannot find a clear answer to this.

That seems to be the Obama/Democrat way............punishing companies for producing jobs. I've thought for a long time that was their plan all along. If not............they're really stupid.
