Yes JAG hard to beat. But gave you RIC last April on a break-out above $6.45. Now above $11. They are having good exploration results and have the goal to move up their production from 85,000 to 200,000 ounces in coming few years. If they get there, the stock will more than double from here. RIO heading for much higher production in Peru. Quiet for now but this may not last. Also NSU...is a cash cow and will grow. But may not be in a country that fits your parameters.
