Pull much of your money out of Wall Street and invest and spend in your local communities, create local business and jobs and spend with local merchants whenever possible . If you have your net worth invested in WS, gold, talk doom and gloom amongst your family and friends , do the ugly politics 24/7, then you are the problem too.. Do you know that you are addressing saint jim who is beyond reproach? oh more irony Jim but that is why you still want me here I guess...the biggest irony of all regarding our RE board is the interest in on topic RE opportunity and investment posts have been at record low levels for a while now..lol Why talk RE when the world is coming to an end?

Don't leave. You one of the few left that likes to talk about RE. Plus you're a friend. I'm not a doom and gloomer. If I trade gold it's because I've done it professionally for decades. Not because I'm a "gold bug". I think all the negativity is sad. Interestingly most of the "off the cliff, gold hoarding crew" on the RE thread also are staunch Obama supporters yet apparently have little faith in him or the system. Now, where we gonna get the 200k jobs a month and what are we going to do with the troups when you bring 'em home?
