Sure there always is SOME social instability, but if you think we have social instability now just wait until the working world can't make a decent living. That's what government tries to do in our system is manage the tendency to become unstable so astute business men like yourself can do your thing. Do we get the management right all the time? No, we do not. It needs constant fiddling with--we overshoot helping the poor or we give too much tax breaks to the wealthy, but we keep trying because without that comes the chaos.
