Not much. It's pretty typical for stocks to fall sharply after an earnings estimate is missed. If this represents the start of a trend towards lower earnings growth then this makes perfect sense. If it's just a temporary shortfall which only affects one quarter then the price should recover one quarter after the shortfall when the earnings get back on track. I'm not particularly concerned and don't feel compelled to either sell or buy more as a result of this news.

In the light of today's event, I am sending Mr. Loni Singer, their
investor relation guy the following message. I hope more people can express their thoughts to Adobe so that they will think twice before they do something similiar again.

To: losinger@adobe.com

Dear Loni:

I don't understand why Adobe would tell a handful of "analysts" who probably don't even own ADBE shares the quarterly earnings information. As a share holder I am frustrated by the this action. I think a press release to all investingvpublic should be a much more proper way. I give my thumb down to your action today. As a consequence of today's event, I am still wondering what was going on with Adobe and what was said in the meeting.

I hope Adobe executives will be more sensitive to the needs of ordinary shareholders in the future.

Thanks.

Wei
