EFR and FIS are both solid companies, imo, but FIS is an exploration play and EFR is a near-term production play, so...very different animals. EFR is dealing with litigation risk now but I suspect that is a short-term setback. Aside from that, they are one of the few U companies that will be starting production in the US in the next couple of years. The company has a team with a proven track record of putting U mines into production so I am not overly worried about that end of things. They will need money, best bet would be to do a deal with a big consumer (KEPCO, JOGMEC, etc), imo.
