People tells lies over the phone. People tell lies on the internet. The only way to know the truth is to see it. You've changed your story yet again. First, it's at company expense. Then it's not. Now, they are paying for your plane ticket. What will the story be next? As you are already LONG on MIDL, there's really no reason for the company to invite you other than to pay you for your hype or to keep you from dumping your shares. In any event, it certainly would be an UNNECESSARY expense for the company and therefore not tax deductible to the company. Just yet another cost at shareholder expense I suppose - or more of your hype.
