Passive? Let's see he kills Polonius, Laertes and Claudius, by his own hand. Aranges the death of Rosencrantz and Gildenstern by craft, hardly a wimp. For wimps I suggest any and all of Woody Allen's characters, I can't think of any brave ones, and I have seen ALL his movies. But I did not think this out too long so maybe I've overlooked something. (Now Macbeth, whose wife (IMO) led him by the pecker is a WIMP)
