The bigger issue here is - what does this do to help get us out of our current fiscal mess. On one hand we have the pressure on banks to lend into the economy - on the other hand we have the people suing their butts. Then we will again wonder why banks are not lending. Somehow this should have been settled by negotiation. What we have now is the left hand of the Obama administration shooting the right side of the Obama administration in the foot. All the while we spin towards in solvency. We are governed by fools.
