When people point out infant mortality isn't reported the same in other countries, how come people can't hear that?

that is so bogus, it's how you count the deaths. In some countries if the baby dies in it's first year it doesn't count as a death, others the baby/fetus has to be 35 weeks. In this country if a baby is born at 19 weeks and dies it counts as a death
