Thanks for the offer, but no thanks. Great solution coming from a guy who thinks like Microsoft does of what the simplest consumer solution is. I want a simple service not a hunt and search for tools and manufacturers page, find the link solution. Send it back to East Buttrump, China if it the link doesn't fix the problem. It ain't trivial, it's what you call simple and easy. My daughter had a problem with her iPhone. Went to the Apple store a few blocks away. It was tested, they gave her a new one. Now she won't even do that. She'll send a text message to Apple Support, they'll test it, fix it over the air, if they can't tell her to bring it in, or if need be send her a new one. You're happy with the kludgy MS world. The world I'm stuck at at work.That world is why Apple is doing so well. I see where Mac OS operating system is up to 13.5% Of PC OSes now and rising
