There is another equation as well. We have been 4% of the population consuming 25% of the worlds goods and services. That is not fair or possible to keep up. And just as we need to reduce our standard of living to something resonable, the rich have accumulated all the money. Truth be told, we need to jack up taxes on the rich big time, and redistribute the money more evenly through society. And the best way to do that is through free education and universal health care for all.
