Eric; When shorts attack a company they assess the odds that the company will succeed in their endeavour. They assess the area, the people and their past history, and current float, volume, prices and how responsive the stock is.
If there are shorts attacking IPM, they have already decided that the future is bleak, and pre-ordained, and so in their mind they can short with impunity. Just like BRE-X, the crooks were shorting at the head of the line. With BRE-X, they had a dead sure short, Walsh, Felderhoff et al, and so they did.
I have heard comments about shorty on IPM, if he is here, buy with care. Any upticks could be just an artificial buyup to induce buyins from those who believe that the bottom has been hit.

I would suggest you all lay low, and wait for the real chance to buy somewhere under $1 if you feel IPM has a long term future.
Now watch all the shorties and their running dogs of imperialist lackeys get on my case.
