Sounds like "The Nature of Personal Reality" no. some of the same spiritual concepts but a different logical path to get there. ...so saith seth. ...but there's a bit of quantum physics in both because you can't logically get there from classical physics. you'd have to rely on faith like they did in the olden days. Warning... in the event that there is no premature death, you are doing it wrong. once you identify the "self" as beyond the physical body and the ego, there is no death... there is only one infinite immortal... and a lot of quantum travel.
