Yes you did say so Zeev. common stock there is 7 million shares far as I know. Preferred 2+ mill more or less.. Book is hard to ascertain but roughly there is the rehab biz worth ?? maybe 5 or 10 mill?? say 5 mill.. then there are patents 21 or 22. and there is cash 10~15 million.. and Faulkner lease worth?? 1 mill?? 2 mill?? and 1.5 mill in machines for additional partnerships and 40 or 50 million in tax credits if they ever turn the conrner and decide to go profitable?? that is what ... 3 or 4 dollars /share....nnaaaaah! it would make it a take over baby? This is the only company that gets taken over while the share price is eroding??? nuts... luis
