Obviously we can't stop all "damaging" activity overnight--I agree with that. There would have to some easing into periods and the pain born equally--which is a problem for the third world if it means they can't grow because their response is "You've already got yours Jack, not get out of our way while we get ours". What is/are some of Lomberg's bigger solutions to the problem? (Broadly speaking) And are you saying the data you've seen makes it too cost prohibitive to do anything in this direction?
