This thread is too valuable to be destroyed by partisan political bickering. So let me be very clear: my comments ref. Bush et al were not endorsements of Obama et al. Quite the contrary; with the present administration, looks like nothing has changed with Summers/Geitner protecting big Wall Street, the endless Imperial Wars stretching out into the distant future, with the Butcher's Bill growing day after day, the Savers being quietly salvaged by Inflation That Doesn't Exist....
