Well you are right when you say an agency should "Police" it's own but understand they have no statutory authority and could only impose administrative sanctions related to the affiliated business transactions and the benifits and rights of membership. Now....I have heard Riley and now you imply that Kugler is being investigated and that his posts are being monitored. Surely you are not making a secret of this. If it is your belief you are free to share with all how you came to know the NASDAQ and/or the SEC were indedd investigating or even casting a jaudiced eye at Kugler or any other. I would like to know EXACTLY what any investigative authority has advised you in regard to this stock and any indiviual posters on this thread. If you have been engaged as an agent of an investigative authority you would not be posting references to their intentions or activities, targets...etc... I feel that "alluding" investigations and information to which you are or are not privy do nothing to facilitate a constructive argument regarding the fundamentals of this company. Bruce to, does not facilitate an open discussion
