That is not what was meant..by the input..the implications from the counterprogram are succinct. Money is what folks decide, credit becomes what folks decide...the two, are arrangements between parties as agreements about value under which the terms of the variable time shapes of capital, dictate.

trillions of $ of debt has been laid in by politicians whose support is less than 20%, that debt will be counterprogramed.....if the political malfeasance in the here and now wants to press the issue, the debt can be assigned to the self interest which originated it.
