According to the following article, Number Nine went through a similar class action lawsuit around '95/'96 for misleading analysts and investors during the IPO and its initial run-up and for bumbling on its inventories:

Does anyone know the outcome of that suit?

Thanks for any discussion on the matter.

Apparently the analyst who had Siii as a strong sell has upgraded or stopped following the stock. Does anybody know who this analyst was. He/she turned out to be correct so I would like to be able to identify him/her.

Phil
Would you feel better if I lied ???
I have at times owned as many as 12000 shares of SIII
at one time.
But they had a sought after product at that time.

P.S. Jim Berg look up definition of "literally".

They still don't have the support of any major
card manufacturer " A real fact "
It will be a long time before they are back in the
money and recognized for it.

I just dropped into this thread after a long absence
having months ago sold the last of my SIII.
I sold the day Diamond anounced a new supplier for
their top cards this last fall.
