tonto, you avoid the point. The rate of retirement this year is double the past years because of Walker and his anti-union legislation.

The non-dedicated teachers want to retire before they have to work for a living. They see the gravy train stopping so they are getting off.

I see increased government employees retiring as a good thing. If they aren't replaced the job wasn't needed. When they are replaced someone who was unemployed now has a job. If Obama would give incentives for people to retire in both the public and private sector it would lower the unemployment rate.
