Bill, you have probably clicked the "top 20" list to see the real high percent short interest holders. Take a look at the top of the list, WCOM, at 70 mil and INTC at 30mil. That is big and a measureable percent of the float I would say. Also, it is sometimes useful to observe the percent change. Some of the top of the list measure 8,000 percent change. That is big and if I were a share holder in one of those companies I might be worried. Fortunately, OZON is not anywhere near the top in any of the categories and in comparison with most has a pretty bright future. But it is a good exercise sometimes to make that observation.
