Are you saying that both the Dems and Repubs both control the Senate since they both have 40%?

You cant say the Repubs control the Senate and the Dems do not, that wouldnt make any sense.

and how many times have the RINOs from Maine voted with the Dems against the Repubs? Many more times than a few Dems have crossed the aisle to vote with the Repubs.
