Greg, I am holding MDCO because I see it as the most likely takeover candidate of the group.

Hi Greg, I hold MDCO. I am in at $ 26 1/4 about 10 min. before the close on Tuesday. The average PE for the sector is around 25, MDCO has a PE of 26, so I felt that it was safer than some of the high PE equity. I was watching it Tuesday and the downward flow was not as steep as others. Seemed to show a bottom.
Well that was yesterday, Today I will exit if (1) oil sector is sinking, (2) DOW down and (3) MDCO hits $25 1/2 (4) Crude falls below $20
I don't know anything about a takeover.
I would not short at this level.

Best luck
David
