Hi llap,

Our banks are the most capitalized, our markets the most resilient.

If our currency was also the strongest, commodities would go down in price as the Dollar rose.

Slow groweth with increasing margins is better growth.

Couple that with low interest rates and to stay low for quite a while and margins could expand - even in a slow growth economy.

A rush into USA equities, where margins are expanding and bolstered by a risiing Dollar is about as good an equity environment I could envision.
