Mike Healy: I agree that TSIM's Think2000 is certainly not "empirical,' but it's about as close as you're gonna get, given the expense of achieving your empirical ideal. Fact is, Think2000 can be customized to reflect the specific interdependencies of whatever business it is applied to, and will show the business-wide effects of different system failures, from a technological and financial perspective.
