Are you kidding? You ever hear of unemployment insurance? That's punishment for hiring employees. Minimum wage? Social security & Medicare taxes? Mandated workers compensation insurance?

Do you think it punishment for hiring babysitters to insist that they are paid minimum wage, required to be provided with a "substitute" for means and breaks every 2 hours, as some fools in CA now want to do?

My god, there is PLENTY of evidence of government punishing employers.
