Plaintiff Kenneth Eade (“Plaintiff”) does not dispute that defendant InvestorsHub.com, Inc. (“iHub”) is entitled to recover an award of attorneys’ fees and costs. Opp. at 1:4-6. Plaintiff also “does not contest defense counsel’s hourly rate.” Id. at 1:6-7. Plaintiff does not dispute that iHub actually incurred all of the fees and costs it seeks to recover. See Jassy Decl., ¶ 8. Plaintiff only disputes the overall amount sought by iHub. Plaintiff’s arguments are tardy, unfounded and should be rejected by this Court.
