Thanks, but it really is in a minor category "entertainment expenses" of a few $hundred, the 'debt' having increased in leaps and bounds from $60 six years ago. So I'll read some legalese and see how I go. A preliminary read suggests they might have blown it already. Also there are back up arguments, not to mention simple negotiation, not to mention moral challenges - "Would you like half the money, or should I give triple the amount "owing" to Starship Children's Hospital. Let's decide on tv. What's your name again please? You will be first defendant regarding abusive usury." There is much fun to be had with kleptocratic thieves.

There used to be fun to be had coming back into NZ through customs/immigration, but they now have computers handling the process and they just send me through the green lane. Taunting bossy computers is not fun. They tend not to be bossy, just dumb automatons. Actually, compared with most government employees, they are more intelligent but without the bossy primate nature.
