RE:League of Women Voters forum

League of Women Voters is a leftwing organization. It would be like a debate hosted by Teamsters or ACORN. Hard to blame him for skipping that one.

ok. i have said here i don't keep up with texas politics as some people do. i do faintly recall something about bill white's tax returns not being released, but that happens sometimes to candidates. i do think bill white never did release his tax returns for some particular years. for perry not to participate in the kerrville debate i suppose his poll numbers indicated he must have had a big lead -- i do not know. i just do not recall ever hearing that rick perry was slippery. i feel sure there were other names the dems used. i just noticed that debate in kerrville was not carried on statewide tv, i.e., just local tv and the internet. it might not have been a debate perry thought was worth attending, bwdik.
