Dan,

There is one more thing in our short term favor that I had not yet considered, and that is all tax loss sales of this stock are not by naive and frustrated private placement holders. A number of investors know the value of this stock, and having sold for year end tax purposes, now must wait the required 30 days to buy back in to capture the tax break. It is now just a little over a month following the big dump from $1.50. I would suspect some upward buy back pressure from these investors, too.

One other long term factor, which I'm not smart enough to fathom the value of, is a breakthrough in analogue technology (National Semiconductor), wherein radio frequency interference can now be controlled following the marriage of silicon and ceramics. It should be applicable to the 800MHz band, so Chadmoore, and other analog providers can squeeze many more customers into a given frequency range. You might almost hear the proverbial pin drop.

In honesty, I'm talking out of my element here. If any thread contributors (or lurkers) have a handle on this matter, I (we) sure would appreciate the story - in layman's terms, if possible. Thanks.

Bill
