Although no one will live there, the replica city will be modeled after a typical American town of 35,000 people, complete with highways, houses and commercial buildings, old and new. Why not just go to one of the 'ghost' towns in the Midwest? We don't have enough money for schools and for health insurance but we have enough to build fake towns that will never be used by people. Strange country we live in.
