NNN seems to have saved this good news of increased FFO projections to be released at the same time they announce their secondary of 8M+ shares. NNN is a fairly conservative organization. I am not sure what is behind their current expansion. It is not my impression that this is a good time to expand, but maybe they are finding some good deals.

NNN did have 5 borders stores, three closed earlier and now 2 with the bankruptcy of borders. I would be curious to know if they managed to re-let those.

I'd want to get into the nuts and bolts of their new properties before adding NNN shares. My sense now is that O and NNN may be relatively overvalued simply because they are conservative and most investors consider the dividend secure.
