Lormac & Violet:

I got a call from investor relations at Winchester today. They told me that we should not listen to the "market timer" group because Winchester has not given them the information that they are "putting out". I was told Winchester does not support or affiliate with this group either and that some of the statements in those releases by market timer were not true. Quite honestly, I am glad because those news releases sound hokey in spots. Some of the statements made in there are so unprofessionaly they have "hype" stamped all over them. It calms my nerves to know Winchester is not behind that kind of campaign. It gives more legitimacy to the entire picture IMO.

Some of the information put out by market timer was partially true. WNCR is formalizing the agreement for the 1st billion tons of limestone. They are also acquiring the means to "handle/ship" it. They are in negotiations to formalize contracts for the sale of the limestone. The actual profit/ton is yet undetermined because all the resources/financing/expenses are not completed so how could they know what revenues would be exactly. I was told it could be between $1-2/ton profit but they have not as yet released any analysts predictions based on testing. It is a proven reserve of 9+ billion tons but Winchester, as yet, only has rights to 1 billion. There are 20 050 000 shares outstanding and only approx. 4 million in the public float and the rest held by insiders.

I was told to watch the newswire tomorrow--I guess that means there is news coming? Hopefully it will give some more detail about the last release. That is what was missing IMO from the last release. It just did not give the impression that the deal really was done and until it is done then Winchester should not go up much. If they come with the terms of the deal ie. what it cost WNCR/us to get the deposit and the deal is complete then WNCR has some "assets" with which to value the stock. If they are able to release news in the future regarding completion of contracts for sale of this stuff then you have 1. Ownership 2.Revenue = increased share price. This seems the logical progression to me.

As far as your question goes Lormac, I do not know the answer of whether this company is "for real" or not. If they announce a completed deal and contracts for the sale of limestone, it seems that is all it would take to be "for real" unless I am missing something. Only time will tell. Lets read the news tomorrow and see what it says and what the stock price does. It went up considerably today.
