i have not seen it reported yet, but i could easily have missed this. has it been reported how the shooter obtained the ak47 rifle? i assume it was not registered. i believe you indicated you worked near that ihop in carson city, and i wonder if it has been reported locally there? pardon me if i have the wrong person.
