Hmmm, that concussion might explain the alias of "Oblivious", though I hope he still has total recall. Although, when you think about it, how do we know we don't remember something vs. the fact it never really happened in the first place?

I have a photographic spacial memory such that I can tell you what someone's house looked like inside 40+ years ago when I visited it only once. Yet if you asked me when I last changed the oil in my car I'd figure it was around several months ago but that's the extent of it. Conversely, I have a friend who remembers conversations. He is always reminding me of something I said decades ago while in high school. I can't remember any conversations whatsoever, but I do recall exactly what the rooms looked like and where I sat. Odd.

And being this is a sports thread, there are people who remember in vivid detail what happened in a given game. Not me. For example, I recall Dwight Gooden striking out 14 (or so) in a Mets game I was at but have no recollection of the score, let alone what else happened.
