i think you will get your pipeline even though everything with obama takes waiting forever for a decision. everything is hard for obama to decide due to his corruptive view on life, labor, and business in the usa. i apologize that this no-brainer decision is keeping canada wondering what is going on in the obama administration's collective brain. they are frustrated, because they were born recently instead of 100+ years from now. just think of it this way: imagine you were born in the early 1800s, knew electricity was the way things would go in about 100 years, and you wanted to force the r&d technology of your time to push electricity use on everyone. there were many discoveries and much engineering to do before things really blossomed 120 or 150 years later for electrical use. if you understand that, you understand their frustration. there are lots of people on this board who are in that same mindset. you will get your pipeline, because the blinding light of clear reality is setting in for obama via his poll numbers.
