Buses full of a lot of sick people. They managed to get more than half of the dispensaries closed in the state. That left a lot of very sick people without their medicine. When a cancer hits the liver, the opiates no longer work. That leaves the terminal patient without any functioning pain medicine. Except for cannabis. We had numerous reports of such patients screaming in pain all night long with family members listening helpless. The government tortured these helpless terminal people.
