James,

Good response, you are absolutely right. I recently owned a stock which had a large cash in of warrants earlier this year. The company had/has great sales and earnings but because of the warrants it showed a paper loss and still does. There was no loss of money, only dilution and the appearance of negative earnings. This recent downturn in the market has had almost no effect on the price of the stock. VectorVest shows a value of $16-17 and the stock is trading at $8.25. I'm no genius but it appears that's what the gentleman you responded to wants. I say let the damn warrants expire, that's the chance you take with warrants. JR
