I have the same questions!!! And, Greenspan had to be in on the deal as well along with Paulsen.

I tend to agree with you on Greenspan but you are losing me on Paulsen. I believe Paulsen is a hedge fund manager. Could you be referring to Hank Paulson the former treasury secretary? I don't think he had anything to do with the repeal of Glass Stegall. It took place in 1999. Paulson had just assumed the top job at Goldman Sachs succeeding Jon Corzine former governor and senator from New Jersey. I believe Rubin had that job before him.

You mentioned you worked on or ran political campaigns. Were any of the candidates running for governor, the US house of representatives or the US Senate? If so would you mind mentioning their names. I am curious that I might know something about them.
