Stay away from prostate exam.And if test not OK?Aggressive Rx yields 1% increase survival with bad side effects for most.The exact opposite of colonoscopy which if done right almost eliminates chance of death from colon cancer.Other hints:never get a vasectomy and avoid flu shots until over 60.Breast cancer risk in american women:1:8 Want to cut this to 1:16.Have a child by 19 years old.Politically correct rules medicine as well

Big col test valuable.. doc asked why LOL.. not because it's fun I said...been there :o).. chemical tests on prostrate are iffy.. don't get complacent..

healthy foods and plenty of exercise

of course... at times thinking like a caveman is really best... Paleo IMHO is a start... and tasty too :O)

The doc who did my colonoscopy is married to a psychiatrist .My friend said this GI doc and wife should share an office and call themselves Odds and Ends.I was torn if to tell the doc this joke on follow up(he knows I am an MD)but couldnt do it.Just not sure how he would take it
