Big col test valuable.. doc asked why LOL.. not because it's fun I said...been there :o).. chemical tests on prostrate are iffy.. don't get complacent.. healthy foods and plenty of exercise of course... at times thinking like a caveman is really best... Paleo IMHO is a start... and tasty too :O)
