What is most puzzling to me is why Riley appears to be unconcerned with his fellow shareholders' questions about the numbers. I haven't seen a call to the company from him, with any report.

You'd think the guy would be a teeny bit upset.

Instead he spends all of his time bashing me. Go figure.

Answer 1) The company has not given a final, complete response yet, from what I've read here today, on the # of 144 shares. To discuss it or scrutinize it any further at this time would be speculation, IMO.

Answer 2) That's a good question. Again, I defer to a final # from the company. Judging from their refusal to release additional shares when asked by the MM's (in Sept.?) and the fact that all merger-related shares are to be restricted, which shows they do not want dilution, I believe they do have shareholder interest in mind.
