Roger, you have said in the past that you play the same stocks long and short. I just did this successfully with NSPK (long then short) and wish like hell I had done it with YURI (made a bit short and bailed).

For the benefit our our novice shorters, could you discuss how you pick stocks to play both ways and how you determine turning points? I mean, other than CTXS jumping 10 points on you in one day this summer.

Possible new shorts for me today: ALYD, TRBO and TEAM. Jumped the gun on MICCF but still comfortable it won't hold in a weak market.

And despite the dire warnings, CDRD closed down at 19 3/4. I wish someone would tell me why this is such a phantom for others on this thread, apart from the fact it may take a long time to collapse completely.
