That sounds like more of his usual Marxist tactic of "let me sign this into law and then we cann all learn what's in it together." I have a plan to pay for it all translated into I plan to have someone else plan the payment. Dumping the funding on someone else. I figure it'll pass because everyone wants jobs. I hope that they figure out that money can come from ending the drug war. But to pay for it all???? right .. I trust government book keeping. ;) (I know!! We could have the PPT pay for it all!) Although I'll have to admit .. a slick move. Republicans get the blame no matter how sideways it goes. And to keep the war against cannabis going, at a minimum, they would need to keep this bill from passing. They may need to fight this to preserve the entire drug war. As it is, that war may not make it past the November deal time. Adding this should make a very very hard time to keep it going. I wonder how many favorite programs the Republicans are willing to toss just to keep fighting a plant. Or they could just screw up in November. The most likely outcome. It IS the government I'm talking about. Blow past the deadline and let it all crumble. Short bonds yet? I mean, it seems safe to bet the government will screw up.
